Your heart is the doorway to a profound life. The secret lies in finding its key!

Realizing this li`l secret slowly transformed my life and catapulted me into a journey of immense growth and self love. I call this, my journey towards a heartful life: a path towards my true self which I`m still treading. This path has gifted me with life lessons, that I would cherish till the end of time.

 

Another li`l secret that life revealed to me, was the fact that I was a Highly Sensitive Person aka HSP, and BAM!!So many things started to make sense!

 

The more one understands this trait, the better one gets at navigating this chaotic world. It took me time to realize that a soft and sensitive heart is a true super power. 

 

It was my heart again, that  inspired me to follow my purpose of becoming an HSP coach, and to gift wrap my life lessons with immense love and present it here.
